Conservation
A stable temperature of 15ºC at 50% humidity is needed to optimally preserve chocolates.
If this is not possible, you can store them in the refrigerator at 4ºC with the box and without breaking the vacuum bag, in order to protect the chocolate from humidity, preventing the contents from drying out and the chocolate losing its shine.
We recommend keeping the chocolates in their packaging until they are presented and strongly avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
