Can I place an order without being registered?
To view our product prices and place an order, you must apply for an account.

How long does it take to validate my account application?
We will contact you within 48 hours (working days) to assign your user.
Can I modify my reservation details after placing the order?
Please contact us by email at professionals@bomboneriapons.com. In the email you must indicate the order number and the modification you wish to make.
Can I schedule my shipment?
Currently, shipping times are subject to the management of our logistics operators. Standard shipments are delivered between 1 and 3 business days.
How can I manage my shipping addresses?
You can change your billing information and addresses on the Account page > Account details (See Addresses).

We currently accept bank transfers and credit/debit card payments.

Where can I find my invoice?
You can download your invoices in your account's order history.

If you cannot download it, write to us at professionals@bomboneriapons.com with your order number and billing information; we will send you the invoice by the same means.
I have not received all the products from my order… what can I do?
You can contact us by calling 93 332 70 46 or at professionals@bomboneriapons.com, indicating the order number that you can find in the confirmation email.
